There are only a few things left to do.
Insulate the door with more polyurethane foam. There's a picture below, showing the door "prepped for foaming". It has all the hardware and cables installed, to make sure there will be room for it behind the insulation. The plastic keeps the foam from sticking.
Finish the cherry exterior. I ended up using four coats of tung oil, since I had some handy. I much prefer oil finishes to polyurethane, since I don't like the "layer of plastic" look you get with polyurethane.
Attach hinges. These are just screwed in near the top, on the rear side of the fridge. I glued in a couple of cherry cross pieces to mount them to.
Install the LCD, the encoder for the knob, aluminum knob, and handle on the door.
Mount the motherboard on the rear of the fridge.
Hook everything up, and turn it on!
